Product Properties and Applications
TYELH603 is a composite material made of electronic grade glass fabric, combined with high temperature resistant resin, nano dispersion material and other excellent composite material. It can be used as soldering support substrate in the electronic industry PCB production SMT process, including wave solder fixture and reflow solder fixture.
Based on the excellent characteristics of TYELH603 material itself, it can keep close cooperation with machine solder. Under high temperature environment of 260-350 Celsius degree, it can still maintain excellent high temperature resistance, anti-static, anti-corrosion, low deformation, no delamination, no pollution, accurate solder performance, supporting large circuit boards. High standards of solder quality and longer service life can be achieved.
TYELH603 has no burr and not easy to cause delamination problems. TYELH603 does not contain composition that harm human health, no bad smell, does not itch human body, in line with EU EHS standards and lead-free ROHS certification.
