Material Properties and Applicable Functions
A composite material made from high-temperature-resistant resins, electronic-grade glass fibers, nano-dispersed materials, and other components is used as a solder-support substrate in the SMT process for PCB manufacturing in the electronics industry, including wave-soldering fixtures, reflow-soldering fixtures, and dip-soldering fixtures. It maintains outstanding performance under extreme high-temperature conditions ranging from 260°C to 350°C, exhibiting excellent heat resistance, antistatic properties, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, delamination resistance, non-contaminating characteristics, and precise soldering capabilities. This material can support large-scale circuit boards and power-coil dip-soldering applications, delivering superior soldering quality and an exceptionally long service life. It features exceptional high-temperature resistance and superior corrosion resistance, contains no ingredients harmful to human health, emits no unpleasant odors, does not cause skin irritation, and complies with EU EHS standards as well as halogen-free RoHS certification.
