Material Properties and Applicable Functions
TYECH605 is a composite material made of electronic grade glass fiber mat, combined with high temperature resistant resin, nano dispersion material and optical composite material. It can be used as soldering support substrate in the electronic industry PCB production SMT process, including wave solder fixture, optical reflow solder fixture, surface mounting fixture and test fixture.
Based on the excellent characteristics of TYECH605 material itself, it can keep close cooperation with machine solder. Under high temperature environment of 260-300 Celsius degree, it can still maintain excellent high temperature resistance, anti-static, anti-corrosion, low deformation, no delamination, no pollution, accurate solder performance, supporting large circuit boards. High standards of solder quality and longer service life can be achieved.
TYECH605 has its own specificity, that ensures the material can be easily processed, no burr and not easy to cause delamination problems, no damage to the cutting tool. It does not contain composition that harm human health, no bad smell, does not itch human body, in line with EU EHS standards and lead-free ROHS certification.
