Product Description
TYRRC530 is an advanced composite material matrix resin, widely used in the manufacturing field of high-performance composite materials, especially suitable for the manufacturing of temperature-resistant copper clad laminates and laminates, etc. It can replace kerimid 701A polyimide resin.
Chemical Characteristics
It is bismaleimide-based polyimide resin system and its chemical composition does not contain DDM, meeting the requirements of being environmentally friendly.

Application Method
According to the requirements of the solid content used, organic solvents such as acetone can be used for dilution. When preparing copper clad laminates in combination with brominated epoxy resin, the amount of brominated epoxy resin added should be no more than 20% of pure resin solution, and an appropriate amount of inorganic flame retardant [Al(OH)₃] should be added. Dilute with a solvent to a solid content of 40-65% at a temperature below 80°C, use reinforced fiber (glass fiber, carbon fiber) to prepare prepregs for making laminated products.
