Product Properties and Applications
TYECH602 is a composite material made of electronic grade glass fiber, combined with high temperature resistant resin, nano dispersion material, etc. It can be applied to the soldering support substrate in the SMT process of PCB manufacturing in the electronics industry, including wave solder furnace fixture, reflow solder fixture, surface mounting fixture and test fixture.
Based on the excellent characteristics of TYECH602 material itself, it can keep close cooperation with machine solder. Under high temperature environment of 260~300 Celsius degrees, it can still maintain excellent high temperature resistance, anti-static, anti-corrosion, low deformation, no delamination, no pollution, accurate solder performance, supporting large circuit boards. High standards of solder quality and longer service life can be achieved.
TYECH602 material has its own specificity, that ensures the material can be easily processed, no burr, not easy to cause delamination problems, no damage to the cutting tool. TYECH602 does not contain composition that harm human health, no bad smell, does not itch human body, in line with EU EHS standards and lead-free ROHS certification.
