Material Properties and Applicable Functions
This composite material, made from high-temperature-resistant resins, electronic-grade glass fiber cloth, nano-dispersed materials, and other components, is used as a solder-support substrate in the SMT process for PCB manufacturing in the electronics industry, including wave-soldering fixtures and reflow-soldering fixtures. It maintains outstanding performance under high-temperature conditions ranging from 260°C to 350°C, featuring superior heat resistance, antistatic properties, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, resistance to delamination, non-contaminating characteristics, and precise soldering. It can reliably support large circuit boards, delivering high-standard soldering quality and an exceptionally long service life. The material is burr-free, resistant to delamination, free of substances harmful to human health, odorless, non-irritating, and fully compliant with EU EHS standards as well as lead-free RoHS certification.
