It is widely used in the manufacturing of high-performance composite materials, exhibiting excellent thermal resistance and mechanical properties, and is also suitable for producing solid self-lubricating mechanical components that withstand high (or low) temperatures.
High-performance polymeric materials with an imide ring in the main chain exhibit a comprehensive suite of properties, including exceptional high-temperature and low-temperature resistance, high dielectric strength, high mechanical strength, self-lubricity, radiation resistance, and flame retardancy.
New thermal-insulation materials formed by compression molding or laminating glass fibers with heat-resistant resins, among others, offer low cost, a wide range of options, and excellent practical performance when used within their specified temperature ranges.
An advanced composite material composed of high-temperature-resistant resins, electronic-grade glass fibers, nano-dispersed materials, and photosensitive materials is used as a solder-support substrate in the SMT process for PCB fabrication in the electronics industry, including wave-soldering fixtures, photoimageable reflow-soldering fixtures, surface-mount assembly fixtures, and test fixtures.
