Product Properties and Applications
TYECB600 is a composite material made of electronic grade glass fiber mat, combined with high temperature resistant resin, it can be used as soldering tools in the electronics industry PCB production SMT process.
Under high temperature environment of 260~280 Celsius degree, TYECB600 can still maintain stable high temperature resistance, anti-static, anti-corrosion, anti-deformation, no delamination, no pollution, accurate soldering performance. For small and medium type wave soldering fixtures, stable soldering quality can be achieved.
Easier to process, no burr, not easy to cause delamination problems. The material does not contain composition that harm human health, no bad smell, does not itch human body, in line with EU EHS standards and lead-free ROHS certification.
