From August 12 to 14, 2026, the 2026 Rubber Industry Summit Forum on “Unleashing Domestic Demand and Revitalizing the Green Supply Chain,” along with the 11th “Aolong Cup” Tire Enterprise Ranking Announcement and the Process Equipment and Technology Forum, was grandly held in Weifang, Shandong Province, hosted by China Rubber Magazine. Our company, as a collaborative sponsor of the event, was invited to attend. General Manager Mr. Wu and Marketing Manager Ms. Sun represented the company at the forum, engaging in in-depth discussions with industry experts and corporate representatives.

This year’s forum is themed “Unleashing Domestic Demand, Revitalizing the Green Supply Chain.” 2026 marks the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan and the first year of a comprehensive shift from “dual control of energy consumption” to “dual control of carbon emissions.” At present, the tire industry faces multiple challenges, including mounting pressure from ongoing trade‑remedy investigations in Europe and the United States, a growing contradiction between revenue growth and stagnant profitability, and sharp increases in raw‑material prices. There is an urgent need to move from reactive responses to proactive breakthroughs. The forum comprises two main segments: a high‑level summit and a technical forum on processes and equipment. Keynote speakers include Xu Wenying, President of the China Rubber Industry Association; Researcher Xu Chongqing of Qilu University of Technology; Yang Daqing, Secretary-General of the Port and Shipping Supply Chain Branch of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing; and Wang Keqiang, Chairman of Shandong Haohua. They offered in‑depth analyses of policies to expand domestic demand and promote green, low‑carbon development, while systematically assessing industry trends. Concurrent with the event, the 2026 ranking of tire manufacturers was released, with Zhongce Rubber, Sailun Group, Double Star Group, Linglong Tire, and others occupying the top positions.

Driven by the “dual carbon” goals, the green and low‑carbon transformation of tire manufacturers has shifted from a matter of choice to an imperative. The industry’s action framework clearly outlines five key pathways—assessing existing resources, setting targets, advancing projects, building systems, and capturing market share—with vulcanization insulation upgrades identified as one of the top priority energy‑saving initiatives. Since its establishment in 2006, Tianyi Technology has remained dedicated to thermal insulation technology for industrial heating equipment, possessing proprietary intellectual property and core technologies that leverage its unique high‑temperature‑resistant polyimide (PI) resin across a range of insulating materials. The company’s independently developed insulation solutions for vulcanizing presses cater to diverse temperature ranges from 200°C to 400°C, including the 720 series (up to 220°C), the 725 series (up to 250°C), the 730 series (up to 300°C), and the 735/740 series (up to 400°C). Backed by extensive field validation from numerous customers, Tianyi Technology’s composite‑structured insulation panels for tire vulcanizing presses deliver energy savings of more than 25% compared with conventional alternatives, resulting in substantial reductions in energy consumption and operating costs. Furthermore, the company has recently introduced electromagnetic‑heating‑specific insulation panels, aligning with emerging market trends and offering a broader array of insulation solutions to support the green upgrade of tire vulcanization equipment. Our products are widely deployed in tire vulcanizing presses, flat‑plate vulcanizers, injection molding machines, silicone molds, and other equipment; they contain no harmful asbestos components, feature water‑ and oil‑resistant designs, and—while ensuring safety and environmental compliance—significantly enhance equipment efficiency.

During the conference, the forum organizers set up a dedicated exhibit booth for Tianyi Technology. General Manager Mu and Manager Sun provided detailed presentations to visiting representatives from tire manufacturers and industry experts, highlighting the company’s technological expertise and core products in the field of high‑temperature‑resistant thermal insulation materials. The booth attracted a steady stream of visitors, with many customers expressing strong interest in Tianyi Technology’s range of insulation panels. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on energy‑saving applications and quality‑enhancement strategies for thermal insulation materials in tire vulcanization processes.
