Recently, three expert leaders from Qingdao Soft Control Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Qingdao Soft Control”) paid a visit to our company for an exchange. As long-time partners with over ten years of collaboration, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on building a quality management system, optimizing production processes, and exploring future avenues of cooperation.

Qingdao SoftControl is one of the leading enterprises in the rubber machinery industry and a key long-term customer of Tianyi Technology. Over more than a decade of collaboration, Tianyi Technology has consistently provided Qingdao SoftControl with high-quality products and technical support, covering insulation covers and a range of thermal‑insulation products including the 720A, 720B, 720C, 725C, and 730D series. Order volumes are substantial, and the scope of cooperation continues to expand. Throughout the years, the two parties have maintained robust communication and reciprocal visits, engaging in in-depth discussions on product applications, technological upgrades, and other topics, thereby fostering deep mutual trust and seamless collaboration.

During this visit, Mr. Feng, Quality Director of Tianyi Technology, accompanied the delegation throughout, leading three expert leaders from Qingdao SoftControl on a series of tours that included the Engineering Technology R&D Center, the production workshops for various products, and the finished‑goods warehouse. At each stop, Mr. Feng and the relevant department heads provided detailed explanations of the production processes, quality‑control checkpoints, and technological R&D achievements for each product, with particular emphasis on the company’s quality‑assurance system. At the Engineering Technology R&D Center, Mr. Feng outlined the company’s more than twenty‑year development journey and highlighted the innovative breakthroughs in its core polyimide (PI) technology. In the production workshops, he conducted an on‑site inspection of the assembly lines for thermal insulation covers and the entire range of insulating panels. Meanwhile, at the finished‑goods warehouse, the three experts gained a thorough understanding of the company’s inventory management, logistics and distribution practices, and its capabilities for ensuring timely delivery. In response to the technical and managerial questions raised by the three leaders during the tour, the company’s staff provided thoughtful and comprehensive answers.

Following this in-depth visit and exchange, the three expert leaders highly commended our company’s production management, technological R&D, and quality‑control systems. Both sides agreed that more than a decade of collaboration has established a strong foundation of trust, and that this on‑site inspection has further deepened Qingdao SoftControl’s understanding of Tianyi Technology’s overall capabilities. Looking ahead, the two parties see ample opportunities for cooperation in areas such as new‑product development and technological upgrades.
