In recent years, as the company’s high‑temperature‑resistant new materials have continued to expand their market presence in areas such as electronic SMT, rubber and plastic thermal insulation, and ultra‑hard abrasives, its business scale has grown steadily. To meet rising order volumes and support ongoing R&D investments, the company has intensified its talent‑acquisition efforts, continuously refined its team structure, and laid a solid foundation of skilled personnel for long-term growth.
To help new employees integrate into the team quickly, the company has organized a comprehensive onboarding program that covers corporate culture briefings, safety‑compliance training, product‑knowledge sessions, and an overview of manufacturing processes. During the training, new hires gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s history, core technologies, and product portfolio, and they also toured the production workshop, where they observed fully automated assembly lines and the engineering R&D center.
