At the CHINAPLAS International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber held in Shanghai at the end of April, Tianyi Technology’s lineup of high‑temperature‑resistant insulation materials drew significant attention from numerous domestic and international industry professionals. One Chinese client, whose business primarily serves Brazil, expressed keen interest in Tianyi Technology’s products and, following the show, made a special visit to our company for an on‑site inspection and business discussions. The purpose of this visit was to assess our company’s comprehensive capabilities as an original equipment manufacturer and to reach a preliminary agreement on long‑term cooperation regarding high‑temperature insulation materials.

During the customer visit, our company highlighted our 720D, 725D, and 730D series of thermal insulation panels, tailored to meet specific customer needs. These three series are designed for operating conditions ranging from ambient temperatures up to 220°C, 250°C, and 300°C, respectively, and offer outstanding performance characteristics such as high strength, crack resistance, and superior thermal insulation. They are widely used in applications including rubber and plastic vulcanizing presses, flat‑plate hot presses, packaging and printing equipment, molds, and hot runner systems.

The client conducted an on-site visit to the company’s fully automated production line, its specialized engineering R&D center, and its quality management system, and expressed high appreciation for Tianyi Technology’s large-scale manufacturing capabilities as an original equipment manufacturer, its core technologies protected by proprietary intellectual property, and its ability to comply with the EU RoHS standards. The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding long-term cooperation in the Brazilian market and reached a preliminary agreement on collaboration.
