Material Properties and Applicable Functions
A composite material made from high-temperature-resistant resins, electronic-grade glass fibers, nano-dispersed materials, and photosensitive materials is used as a solder-support substrate in the SMT process for PCB manufacturing in the electronics industry, including wave-soldering fixtures, photosensitive reflow-soldering fixtures, surface-mount fixtures, and test fixtures. It maintains outstanding performance under high-temperature conditions of 260–300°C, including excellent heat resistance, antistatic properties, corrosion resistance, deformation resistance, non-delamination, non-contamination, and precise soldering. This material can support large circuit boards, delivering high-standard soldering quality and an exceptionally long service life. It is easy to process, produces no burrs, is resistant to delamination, and does not damage cutting tools. Moreover, it contains no ingredients harmful to human health, emits no unpleasant odors, and does not cause skin irritation, fully complying with EU EHS standards and meeting lead-free RoHS certification.
