Material Properties and Applicable Functions
This composite material, made from high-temperature-resistant resins, electronic-grade glass fibers, and nano-dispersed additives, is used as a solder-support substrate in the SMT process for PCB manufacturing in the electronics industry, including wave-soldering fixtures, reflow-soldering fixtures, surface-mount assembly fixtures, and test fixtures. It maintains outstanding performance under high-temperature conditions of 260–300°C, featuring superior heat resistance, antistatic properties, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, resistance to delamination and contamination, and precise soldering. It can support large circuit boards, delivering high-standard soldering quality and an exceptionally long service life. The material is easy to machine, produces no burrs, is resistant to delamination, and does not damage cutting tools. It contains no harmful substances, emits no off-gassing or unpleasant odors, and does not cause skin irritation, fully complying with EU EHS standards and meeting lead-free RoHS certification.
