Material Properties and Applicable Functions
A composite material made from high-temperature-resistant resins and electronic-grade glass fibers is used in the electronics industry for SMT assembly and small-wave-soldering fixtures in PCB manufacturing. It maintains stable performance under high-temperature conditions of 260–280°C, exhibiting excellent heat resistance, antistatic properties, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, resistance to delamination, non-contaminating characteristics, and precise soldering capabilities, thereby ensuring consistent soldering quality. The material is easy to process, produces no burrs, is resistant to delamination, contains no harmful substances, emits no off-gases or unpleasant odors, does not cause skin irritation, and complies with EU EHS standards as well as lead-free RoHS certification.
